New Harbor Cottage

This is a simple design with innovative systems, including an upside-down truss idea proposed by the architect that creates interesting volume for living spaces inside, while also creating a beautiful contemporary aesthetic to the exterior. The getaway is within walking distance of Pemaquid Beach through a forested path. The expansive screen porch with double sliding French doors connects the interior and exterior spaces. It houses three bedrooms total with a delightful open plan concept for kitchen-dining-living room spaces.
